Banzai, Denver: We Found That the Food Absorbs Tobacco Smoke

Banzai is a Japanese restaurant, opening eighteen years ago with a smoking section. After several customer complaints, and noticing that the sushi was absorbing smoke, we became smoke-free. It did not harm business; in fact, we found some advantages:

• Clean up and maintenance became less expensive.

• It is more beneficial to the children of the many families who eat here.

• My staff is protected from second-hand smoke.
